- shipping
- we ship both domestically + internationally; shipping rates are calculated automatically based upon weight, size, and ship-to location.
- gift wrap + gift cards
- your order can be gift wrapped with a handwritten note attached. at checkout, you will have the opportunity to compose a personalized message. we also do beautifully presented gift cards. with gift cards, a $25 shipping + handling fee will be added to your total; the gift recipient will not be charged for the shipping of their selection.
- packaging
- we are mindful of the environment (and - truth be told - aesthetics) when choosing our packaging supplies. if you order something that arrives packed in non-recycled/recyclable materials, it's because we are reusing something that has been previously sent to us.
- sales tax
- sales tax will be charged on all purchases sent within the state of new york. the current rate is 8.875% of the price of the merchandise; shipping costs are not taxable.

- returns + exchanges
